Where do you ship?

We currently ship Australia-wide and will be adding international shipping very soon.

 

How much is shipping?

Shipping is free on all Australian orders over $150.

For orders under $150, a flat rate of $9.95 applies.

 

When will my order arrive?

We usually dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

What’s your return policy?

We offer 30-day returns for a full refund — no stress, no dramas.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

How do I start a return?

Shoot us an email at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll get back to you with next steps.

SIZING

How do I know what size to get?

Check out our Size Guide for exact chest and length measurements.

If you’re between sizes, we recommend going up for a relaxed fit.

Can I use a discount code?

Absolutely. Enter your discount code at checkout before payment.

Only one code can be used per order.

How does the $1 donation work?
