Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want you to love your Rippy’s gear as much as we do! If something’s not quite right, no stress — we’ve made returns simple.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition (tags attached).
  • Sale items can be exchanged for another size if stock is available, but are non-refundable.

Return Options

You can choose between:

  • Full refund to your original payment method, or
  • Exchange for another size or item (subject to availability).

 

Return Costs

  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
  • We recommend using tracked postage so you can follow your parcel safely back to us.
  • If your item is faulty or we’ve made a mistake, we’ll cover the return postage — just email us first so we can arrange it.

 

How to Return Your Item

  1. Email us at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll confirm eligibility and send you a quick approval message.
  3. Pack your item securely with your name and order number inside.
  4. Post it to:

  5. Once your parcel arrives, please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
  6. You’ll receive an email once your refund or exchange has been completed.
