RIPPY’S CLOTHING CO – SHIPPING POLICY
We’re stoked to get your Rippy’s gear out to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we currently ship within Australia 
Australian Shipping
- Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
- A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $150.
- All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
- Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
- You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.
Express Shipping
- Need it sooner? Choose Express Post at checkout for a $14.95 flat rate.
- Express orders are prioritised and generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.
Future International Shipping
We’re working hard behind the scenes to make international shipping available soon 
Once we’re ready to ship overseas, we’ll share the news on our socials and website — stay tuned!
Processing & Delays
- Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- During busy periods or sales, please allow extra time for dispatch.
- Rippy’s Clothing Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address details.
Lost or Missing Parcels
- If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link from Australia Post first.
- Still not showing up? Email us at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.
Address Changes
- Need to update your address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com
- Once your parcel has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
