RIPPY’S CLOTHING CO – SHIPPING POLICY

We’re stoked to get your Rippy’s gear out to you as quickly as possible! Here’s everything you need to know about how we currently ship within Australia 🇦🇺

Australian Shipping

  • Free shipping on all orders over $150 AUD.
  • A flat rate of $9.95 applies to orders under $150.
  • All parcels are sent via Australia Post with tracking.
  • Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
  • You’ll receive an email with your tracking number once your order has shipped so you can follow its journey.


Express Shipping

  • Need it sooner? Choose Express Post at checkout for a $14.95 flat rate.
  • Express orders are prioritised and generally arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

We’re working hard behind the scenes to make international shipping available soon 🌏

Once we’re ready to ship overseas, we’ll share the news on our socials and website — stay tuned!

Processing & Delays

  • Orders are packed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
  • During busy periods or sales, please allow extra time for dispatch.
  • Rippy’s Clothing Co is not responsible for delays caused by postal services or incorrect address details.

Lost or Missing Parcels

  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please check your tracking link from Australia Post first.
  • Still not showing up? Email us at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com and we’ll help sort it out.

Address Changes

  • Need to update your address? Contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at rippys.clothingco@gmail.com
  • Once your parcel has shipped, we’re unable to make changes.
